We live here in Germany in a fairly safe country. I think that someone has made a not funny fun. Over time, the hole may have become larger and larger.
Indeed a very large hole in a curious target. I'm not a gun person myself. That fact probably puts me at risk in Texas where concealed 'carrying' is common. I'll paraphrase the old expression; 'A man sneezes loudly in the bar and ten people return fire'
